By accessing and using DateMyTrip ("the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Services

DateMyTrip is a travel services company offering flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa assistance, and travel insurance. We act as an agent between you and the travel service providers.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A minimum 25% advance payment is required to confirm any booking
  • Full payment must be made at least 15 days before departure
  • Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice
  • All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 45+ days before departure: 90% refund
  • Cancellation 30-44 days before departure: 75% refund
  • Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 15 days: No refund
  • Cancellation policies for flights and hotels are governed by the respective service providers

5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents including passport, visa, and any required health certificates. DateMyTrip will not be responsible for denied entry due to invalid documents.

6. Liability

DateMyTrip acts as an intermediary agent and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience resulting from the actions of airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
